The durable 2 cubic yard poly hopper boasts a patented double-wall construction and is designed to fit a 3/4 ton or 1 ton pickup truck, offering the flexibility to use either bulk salt or a salt/sand mix.

Featuring a 2-1/2 in. stainless steel auger and trough, as well as a 200 lb capacity vibrator to ensure a steady flow of materials, this spreader is built for efficiency. In the event of a jam, the auger will automatically reverse to clear the obstruction and restore flow. The spreader is powered by an independent 1/2 HP, 12V gear motor, while a 14 in. polymer spinner, driven by an independent 1/4 HP, 12V gear motor, can cast material up to a 30 ft radius. Control the speeds of the vibrator and auger/spinner with the closed-loop in-cab controller. The SHPE2000 also comes equipped with a top screen, tie downs, fitted tarp, and remote auger bearing grease kit, and is backed by a 2-year warranty.
